To me, service design means...
I am currently investigating the possibilities of using VR as an alternative to methods for simulating service experiences such as bodystorming or even blueprints for testing and verifying touchpoints. I love the possibilities for improving services that make life for customers easier whilst increasing the efficiency/profitability of the service providers. All the stages in the process interest me from co-creation to ideation to prototyping. I have just completed a succesful Service Design project for a client with great results. This has spurred me on to pursue Service Design projects.
