Charlyne Lefebvre-Paillé is a designer from Shawinigan, Canada. A Service Design alumnus of the Royal College of Art, she leads the Design Research practice in IBM Watson Health for Government Health & Human Services. Her practice intersects service design, human services, and technology, promoting the needs of users such as Child Welfare Investigators, Social Workers, and Citizens. She works alongside government agencies and has affected the lives of 165M individuals across the globe.
