Much of my work focuses on the bigger questions facing any one business: How do we navigate an uncertain future? How do we make use of emerging technical and social dynamics? How do we create new, high-value products and services that balance novelty and familiarity? I work with companies to conduct controlled explorations of important questions and come to clarity on a strategy and corresponding plan of action. In addition to working directly on product and service experiences, we focus on the employee experience and crafting the human factors of the employee that typically come before the crafted experience of the customer.
