Barbara´s key strength is turning complex problems and abstract ideas, into tangible solutions by integrating user, market, brand and business insights. Together with clients and users, she develops holistic experience concepts and supports clients to bring these innovative yet realistic solutions alive. Over the past few years, she has led service design, UX and research projects for clients in the fields of consumer products, health care, smart home, energy, automotive and aviation (B2B and B2C). As Service Design Lead at Designit, she is active on a local and global level, shaping and defining the discipline by developing tools & methods and pushing knowledge-sharing to the next level.
