In his current role as a service designer with IBM Z (mainframe business org), he is helping the Design and Content teams to improve cross collaboration strategies with their product stakeholders leading to delighful product experiences for IBM Z customers.
He helps his clients and teams identify new unmet customer needs and evaluate services to improve the customer experience of products and services.
His research experience in different geographies has helped diverse clients in industries such as mainframes, healthcare, travel, logistics, employee experience, etc.
