Engineer turned Service Designer who is happiest when tackling big problems that can only be solved through the powers of a diverse, fun and daring team.
In my former life, I was a proud and practicing Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Process Engineer. But now I have the amazing challenge of building up a small Service Design practice at a large financial institution called CIBC. I'm excited to be laying a new path for how we creatively design financial services experiences with and for our clients.
