I lead teams to work on complex digital and data driven services in regulated environments, helping organisations move from intent to delivery. My focus is on pragmatic, balanced decision making; designing and delivering services that hold up under real operational pressure and continue to provide equitable and positive user experiences.

I am particularly interested in how user centric design, strategy, operating models, and emerging technology come together in practice.
