Alex was trained originally as a graphic designer and has over 20 years experience in communications, branding, digital relationship marketing and service design; developing customer-centered strategies, experiences and innovations for BBC, Mercedes-Benz, ANA (the Portuguese Airport Authority), IKEA, P&G, T-Mobile, V&A, London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Virgin Atlantic, SK Telecom and Vodafone.
