Aimée’s interest in Service Design
I love working with organisations to understand them and helping them to be more effective and efficient. My eye for detail and design background, together with my experience of user centred research and design techniques, make me perfectly placed to support clients in closing the gap between user expectations and perceptions of services across all channels. As part of my consultancy work, I also deliver workshops at Ravensbourne University and have written and teach the ‘Fundamentals of Service Design’ course at Bunnyfoot.
