I believe in the power of integrating systems thinking into experience and service design. I advocate shifting the focus from isolated touchpoints to the broader systems within which products and services exist because “this allows us to create more sustainable solutions, products that don't negatively impact our world, and experiences that are meaningful within a wider context.”
