Ciao! I am Lead Designer for Service and Customer Experience Expert.
I am and independent design consultant working with companies to inject digital transformation into products, brands and services. I’m an expert in designing digital system and ecosystem with an impact, injecting social and environmental values.
Previously I was designer in Landor, Ogilvy, Tangity where I run team activities and I facilitate co-design processes to define brand evolution, research, service and design solutions.
I am also a member of various design network, mentor for start-up and author of articles. I'm a "never stop learning" woman, curios and interested in design contamination.

To me, service design means...
Service design is an enabler for building consistent experiences. Service designer have to know how to weave the threads of invisible relationships between services, products, brands, touchpoints, KPI and values through unforgettable experiences. Designing for business on one side and for people on the other.
