Oltre i libri: come le biblioteche stanno diventando spazi di esperienza e innovazione.

C’è un momento, entrando in alcune biblioteche, in cui ci si accorge che qualcosa è cambiato. Non è immediatamente evidente, non è un’insegna o una tecnologia in particolare, ma è qualcosa di più profondo. Le persone non stanno solo cercando un libro. Stanno facendo altro: studiano insieme, partecipano a un laboratorio, chiedono supporto, si fermano più a lungo del necessario. In quel momento diventa chiaro che la biblioteca non è più vista solo come un luogo di accesso alla conoscenza, ma è diventata qualcos’altro, anche se spesso non è ancora pienamente progettata per esserlo davvero.
