Service Design in Business is a hands-on, practical conference that allows participants to connect and learn from their peers and leaders in the industry.
Livework is helping to organise a conference in London on November 25th called Service Design in Business and it's for business leaders interested in using service design strategically.
We have 4 keynote speakers: Martin Downson from Lloyds Bank, Annita Fjuk from Telenor, Wim Rampen from Delta Lloyd & Adrian Swinscoe author of ‘how to Wow’, who are all experienced in the field.
The conference covers three major content streams through four keynote presentations and 8 break-out sessions (a mix of workshops & case studies).
Architecting Customer Experience
A growing number of organizations are beginning to understand that customer experience is a critical business factor. This content stream will explore how to create, deliver, and measure superior customer experience.
Shifting to Services
Increasingly, manufacturers are choosing to innovate their offerings by providing an integrated combination of products and services that deliver value in use. This content stream will look at how service design can help to strategize this transition and the consequences for employees’ behavior, practices, policies, processes, procedures and IT systems.
Impact of Design
Measuring the impact of service design is often a daunting task for organizations. Among others, this content stream will explore how to design a business case for service design and examples of how to measure its impact. Find out more about the program here.
