Moritz’s interest in Service Design
Having worked in branding & marketing for several years I focussed more and more on service design and the potential of customer experience in regards to the brand value over the recent years. Nowadays I am responsible for the Customer Experience of the leading Swiss leisure airline Edelweiss, a sister airline of SWISS and part of the Lufthansa group.
