Having spent the first ten years on the client’s side, Robin has strong cross-domain skills in product management, digital channels management and consumer marketing. After progressing to integrated advertising agency in 2010, this experience grew to be a great asset by providing him strong understanding of clients’ business needs.
In his 8 years of agency experience, he has helped clients to achieve their marketing objectives by being fully committed throughout the customer-client-agency journey from strategy to tactical implementations, covering a wide range of marketing disciplines including UX research, analytics, digital, social, CRO, eCommerce, advertising and integrated marketing.
In addition to the direct experience in 4 pillars (Cx | Cr | Te | Ds) of Tribal’s Total Experience (TX) services, Robin has a wealth of experience in the critical skills that can only be gained with hands-on implementation of high complexity digital projects: change management, stakeholders engagement, risks mitigation, and problem solving.
