Design Anthropologist who is looking for industry collaboration plus internship opportunities for students. Focus area includes Design Innovation for Service and Community.
Teaching and consulting on Design Innovation to both students and local companies. Design faculty member under the Design and Specialised Business cluster. Currently teaching communication design and interior design students, while working closely with industry to make sure that students are able transition to the workforce and get design jobs in Singapore.
Part of my portfolio is also to teach non-design students about design thinking and design innovation.
Constantly looking for external projects that SIT can help to contribute in. Areas of design interest and expertise include but are not limited to design anthropology, design ethnography, user-experience design, service design, multimedia design and communications design.

Service design brings complexity and nuance to problems of the world. Through a better understanding of users, service design is able to breakdown a wide array of issues that we face in the world.
