“As the youngest participant in this Course, I learnt so much in this intense 4-day course on hashtag#servicedesign! With incredibly knowledgeable and engaging lecturers from the Royal College of Art in the UK, amazingly conscientious and meticulous organisers from Nanyang Polytechnic, and a diverse and energetic group of participants from so many different types of organisations and industries. It was such a fruitful 4 days at NYP!”
