SDN Saskatchewan holds its first event in Saskatoon
SDN Saskatchewan hosts a persona lunch and learn in Saskatoon
A lunch and learn features the benefits of personas in service design.
On Wednesday, November 9, the Saskatchewan chapter of SDN held its first ever event in Saskatoon. In partnership with zu Communications, a lunch and learn was hosted highlighted the finer points of personas and their use in service design.
With about a dozen attendees from different organizations in Saskatoon, the hour long session included a formal overview of personas, including what they are, the various types of personas, the elements they include, how they are typically created and how they can be used and applied when creating or improving services.
There was excellent discussion and dialogue with all attendees which was held in zu’s Experience Room.
The persona workshop was certainly a successful event and we look forward to hosting many more events in Saskatoon in the near future.
