Alexandra Jayeun Lee, Creative Director, Lead UX at Civic Design Lab. Civic Design Lab is dedicated to solving design problems in rapidly changing organizations. Alexandra is the author of a seminal work on design thinking in the context of social crisis, "Resilience by Design".
