Working at the intersection of the private sector and academia, I am involved in various facets of Service Design. At KISD, I teach and support research projects within the Service Design department, while also fostering the collaboration with the Innovation Office of the City of Cologne. As a freelancer, I contribute to and lead client projects, with a particular focus on design research initiatives.
To me, service design means...
Organizing the Service Design Drinks Cologne has shown me the power of building and shaping a network and community. The SDN Chapter provides a valuable opportunity to strengthen and grow the Service Design community in NRW. Together, we are better equipped to tackle the complex challenges of today’s world.
