Assisting NZ Police and partner agencies to design a new case management platform (ISR) that supports an integrated agency response to family harm.

In early 2019, Digital Arts Network (DAN) was given the opportunity to assist NZ Police and partner agencies to design a new case management platform (ISR) that supports an integrated agency response to family harm.

Jodine and Josh will speak to the challenges of co-designing a solution that reflected the complexities of the surrounding eco-system, while located onsite within an environment of urgency and high risk impact to vulnerable families.

We would like to acknowledge the generosity of the Integrated Safety Response team and case workers in Counties Manukau who contributed their valuable time and knowledge to this project.
