Profile

As a Service Designer at Intuit, I leverage my hospitality background to create innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences. I bring over 25 years of experience to defining and optimizing new and existing services within our customer-facing organizations, collaborating across teams to ensure stakeholder alignment, and presenting findings to leadership. My work has directly resulted in increased customer satisfaction and retention.
In addition to my role at Intuit, I am also an active member of the Leadership Team at SDN New York Chapter, where I organize and host monthly meetups. I am passionate about sharing knowledge and best practices in service design with the community. I serve as a Conference Organizer and Event Board member for the Service Design Global Conference, where I co-develop conference content, programing and attendee experience.
