Are you a Service Designer working in an Agile context? Struggling between the smaller increments and taking time to shape the big picture? Trying to pull strings with multiple agile teams for the implementation of your solutions?
In this SDN Meetup, we will reflect on our experiences of applying service design (thinking) in an agile context.
Rob van de Haar - Informaat
As a design consultant, Rob has focused on organising and embedding experience design activities within large organizations. In recent assignments, he has prepared internal UX teams for the challenges ahead. He introduced new experience design instruments and explored customer centric organization models. In Rob's observation, agile transformations offer opportunities to bring experience design to the next level. In his presentation, he will share several insights and ideas with us.
Jimmy van der Have - Exact
Jimmy will take us through the ups and downs of guiding the Customer Experience team on Exact’s path to customer-centric working in an Agile environment. It's a story about juggling between delivering fast value while building a desirable customer journey long-term and dealing with organizational silos.

Good to know
Some drinks and fruits will be provided by Exact. But for most of us, that doesn't count as a full dinner. You'll probably want to eat something before you get there!
