On 29 March 2016, the Dutch chapter of the Service Design Network is organising an evening free of charge around IDEATION techniques.
As service design enthousiasts we use many tools and techniques to create useful and meaningful services. This evening is all about the Ideation phase of our process. How do you stretch yourself to think in new ways? Do you have tips and tricks to share? And what can you learn from others? We’ve found very experienced facilitator Maartje van Hardeveld willing to show us how she gets the most out of their ideation sessions.
And we have a very exciting topic to work on. The Service Design Network is bringing the 9th Service Design Global Conference to the Netherlands! As the Dutch chapter of the SDN network (that's you!) we will welcome many international Service Designers to Amsterdam. We'd love to hear your ideas for how we can delight and surprise our international service design peers with an unforgettable, dutch flavoured confenrence experience.
Come and join us! Everyone with an interest in ideation and facilitation techniques is invited: service design practitioners, students, lecturers, researchers, managers, etc. There are only 25 places available.
If you plan to come to this workout, be sure to register by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. This is necessary so that you can be registered in advance for access to the Rabobank building, where this event will take place.
