Hey! I am a Service Designer at Ingka (IKEA) Digital. Currently I am working on IKEA's circular services. I love to facilitate and lead multidisciplinary teams through design and change processes. My strengths are co-creation, systems thinking and making things concrete.
To me, service design means...
For me it's about creating overview of processes, so that it's easier for people to understand how a service works, where the painpoints are and how it can be improved. And it's also about innovation for the future.
