Service Design initiativeはサービスデザインに関わるプラクティショナー・研究者が集まり、様々な話題について議論を行う場です。また、参加者同士のネットワーキングの場としての役割もあります。

2014年1月に開催された初回では、2013年11月にカーディフで開催されたService Design Network Global Conferenceの報告や、initiative参加メンバーの自己紹介を中心に行い、第2回目となった今回は、「サービスデザインと組織」をテーマに開催し、いくつかの企業より話題提供いただきました。
