To me, service design means...
I'm passionate about bringing the power of service design to SME's (< 50 people) and Micro-enterprises (< 10 people), both of which account for 70% of employment in Ireland. Unlike most Enterprise-level corporations, I believe these smaller entities are unaware of the tremendous benefits a thriving service design culture can bring.
