I has a diverse hospitality background, having worked with Oberoi Hotels and Resorts, Sheraton Dubai and OYO, India.
I currently lead the PGP Programme in Service Operations aimed at upskilling young professionals to be successful in service organizations and teach Service Design as part of this course.

Service Design reminds us that the problem at hand is not always because of the person in the last mile not knowing his job. Its about the organization not allowing the person to do his job properly.
