Service Design Half-time is a series of conversations led by Xeno Co-lab, a service design consultancy based in Pune, India.
We are so excited to have the President & Co-founder of the International Service Design Network - Birgit Mager, join us for a conversation about the evolution of service design. The Service Design Network is a non-profit institution that leads the growth and development of the service design practise all across the globe. Through events such as the Service Design Global Conference, publications like Touchpoint and partnerships with global educational and professional organisations, SDN facilitates knowledge sharing and networking that inevitably drives progress in this field globally.
Birgit and SDN have been pioneers of the service design practise in many ways and we are so excited to learn more about her journey and the evolution of service design.
This session is presented in collaboration with SDN India which aims to build a community of creatives with diverse specializations in order to discover, discourse & deliberate over service design with a strong focus on learning, collaboration & research through the creation of a dedicated network of service designers and enthusiasts.
