Service Design Network is strengthening its ties to the local design community in Hong Kong. With MAKE Studios we have gained a strong and established partner to support our efforts of making Service Design the new normal.

The Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) and SDN HK Chapter invited Daryl Choy (One of SDN HK Chapter Co-founder) for this workshop, this workshop talked about O2O experience journey design. The topic in this workshop focused on consumer journey, experience innovation and Service Design Network. This event was hold on 2017/9/11 afternoon in HKMA Advanced Management Development Centre.

Service has been Hong Kong’s core competency. However, service quality has been dropping the past few years. Customer expectations keep on escalating. Yet customer-facing employees do not appreciate the power of good customer service. Management also lacks the ability to come up with innovative ideas to design service for good customer experience. As a result, it ends up with an unhappy economy.
