I am a UX Strategist & Service Designer and have been working on user-centered product design since 2010.

I have designed products for companies such as Eventim, Pinion Digital (Tank & Rast), Fitogram (Urban Sports Club), Lufthansa Innovation Hub, von Rundstedt, MyMuesli, Deutsche Telekom Medien, Deutsche Telekom Laboratories, T-Systems and many more.

In addition to consulting, I have held positions as Head of User Experience, Interim Head of Product and Design Lead.

I enjoy working on complex challenges, whether for start-ups or large companies. Together with the client, I create a user-centered design approach and develop strategies for innovative solutions that delight users while creating a competitive advantage.
