I’m Martin Gamble, a Service Designer with a background in design, operations and project management. I’m originally from the UK, have lived in Germany for 7 years and am Berlin-based. I'm currently looking for a new full-time role in Service Design in order to continue my passion in this incredibly fulfilling discipline.
To me, service design means...
Service design improves the experience of BOTH the user and the employee, by designing, aligning and optimising an organisations operations to better support customer journeys. It involves the planning and organising of a business’s resources (people, props and processes) in order to directly improve BOTH the customer’s experience and the employee’s experience, (employees who are at the heart of making these customer journeys possible).
