The company I founded - Indigonic is a service innovation and design agency that assists organizations in innovating services that are both cost-effective from the point or view of the service provider and beneficial from the customer’s perspective. We focus on genuine understanding of customers’ needs and experiences, as well as on understanding of the wider context. Furthermore, we apply service design thinking to help organizations innovate customer experiences across multiple channels.
