Would you like to become better at running service design processes? Service Design Institute is now offering a practical hands-on course that combines presentations, exercises and testing of methods i practise through the use of a case. The course is compiled of three modules divided into 5 course days. 

If you have already had some experience with service design but wish to broaden your knowledge, tools and experience this course would be great for you. You would learn from experienced and skilled people. 

If you are a member of Service Design Network Denmark, you get 25% discount.  When you sign up for the course, just write that you are a SDN member. The course host will contact you to confirm.
