A master class in service design for design and change leaders

Join global innovation & design leader Robert Bau in a master class in service design and change management!

Innovation drives change. Change requires innovation. Innovation and organizational change are so intertwined it almost feels disingenuous to untangle them. By the same token, service designers are increasingly using their superpowers in human-centered innovation and design projects to empower leaders and employees in system-wide change processes.

The first part of this master class is about exploring the superpowers of service designers in upstream innovation & design projects. The second part is about the critical roles service designers can play in top-down and bottom-up change processes. To bring the master class to life, Robert will share case studies and engage the participants in a couple of hands-on activities.

Ticket sales from this event will be donated to Legal Aid Chicago, an organization that provides free civil legal services to people living in poverty in Cook County.
