How might human-centered design improve healthcare research and healthcare delivery?

Clinical trials and healthcare services research are important ways that new healthcare treatments + services are discovered, tested and implemented in healthcare systems. Changing clinical care and services involves highly regulated and complex systems with a wide range of stakeholders—well suited for the lens of service design and human centered designers.

Join us to learn how service design is being applied to healthcare services + research at UI Health, UIC. The event will include a tour of the Institute for Healthcare Delivery Design, project case studies, and Q&A and hands-on activity with two design strategists from the Institute for Healthcare Delivery Designers.

Light drinks and snacks will be provided.
