As a Product and Service Strategist for more than 13 years, I’ve helped teams of all levels to get out of the collaborative chaos and solve complex business problems, guiding them through the the discovery process, using Human Centered Design approach to get focus on the real problems, with goals aligned, creating and testing solutions with users fast and effectively.
