This year, the theme will be "Do Good, Give Back," highlighting how service design can contribute to a better society and world.
We will have the honor of hosting Glenda Moreira, leader of diversity, equity, and inclusion in retail at Amazon Latin America, as the keynote speaker. She will share her vision on diversity, equity, and inclusion, motivating us to reflect on the role of design in transforming the world we live in.
After the lecture, we will have a discussion involving the lecture's theme, as well as addressing Brazilian culture and service design. We will have the participation of Glenda Moreira, Carol Massa, Clarissa Biolchini, Érico Fileno, Maurício Manhaes, and Robson Santos.
