I'm the co-founder of service design agency Palvelumuotoilutoimisto Palvelupolkuja Oy, where I work as a service designer/CEO. I am responsible for leading service design activities and selecting tools which are used in customer projects. I also teach service design and facilitate workshops. I have particular experience in the following service sectors: tourism, healthcare, customer relations and public sector.
