The last couple of years have seen an increasing number of PhD design students looking for a support platform that is able to provide a good networking system, as well as feedback on working processes from colleagues or possible mentors. Although some universities provide such a network internally, design students are still a minority in the PhD discipline. Therefore, SDN PhD wants to provide them with the necessary support on their PhD journey and to give them a unique chance to meet and connect.
