Yellow Window
Enthoven Associates group sets up a new business unit, Yellow Window Service Design. This unit comes next to the two existing one: Yellow Window Management consultants and Enthoven Associates Design Consultants. In our company, we already have been involved in service design on various assignments for the European Commission, Public Transportation and financial services.
For the last two years, we have been preparing the launch of a separate entity, investing in training staff and analysing client needs and expectations. Caroline Van Cauwelaert is now responsible for the launch of the separate business unit. She will get support from six colleagues forming the core team combining the necessary expertise to deliver the right service. Service design is even more multi-disciplinary than our normal assignments, but our ability to combine consultants and designers gives us a good lead that is strengthened by partnerships with complementary experts. The key elements of our service design activity are:
- Unique combination of analytical and creative skills
- In house expertise
- Strong reputation in product design
- Proven experience in all key aspects of service design
- Credentials in user centred design approaches
- Multi-cultural team
- Multi-disciplinary team
Our approach focuses on the different types of needs expressed by customers and is structured in three types of assignments, that also illustrate the type of added value that can be created by service design:
- innovation
- differentiation
- improved efficiency
This value is created through a combination of user insights, user experience and service optimisation.
