Xener Systems

Xener Systems is the leading Internet telephony software company in Korea. Xener provides a full range of software solutions for NGN-based unified communication. Xener solutions are comprised of four groups: NGN/VoIP solutions, enterprise IP telephony solutions, Internet Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) solutions, and Value Added Services (VAS). These solutions allow the unification of voice, text data, and multimedia data; wireline and wireless communication; and all IP network and Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN).
 
Eight of the nine Internet telephone service providers in Korea have adopted Xener’s carrier-class Softswitch solutions to serve millions of enterprise and residential VoIP subscribers. Xener has built over 60 core NGN networks, and completed over 200 IP Public Branch Exchange (PBX) projects. Xener solutions have also been deployed in many countries outside of Korea, including Bahrain, China, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Mongolia, Pakistan, and Singapore.
 
Recently, Xener Systems has completed the development of Xener Software Platform (XSP), a family of application development and runtime platforms. The XSP includes a Web services platform, which will accomplish one additional unification, namely of Telco applications and the Web. The XSP represents a consolidation of Xener’s considerable experiences and rich set of technologies. The XSP will allow third-party developers to develop, test, and a full range of session signaling, multimedia, and terminal applications with dramatic savings in time and manpower. Xener has already validated the power of the XSP by developing all of its core IMS applications on top of the XSP.
