We would like to say a warm “Welcome” to you, the visitors of our Service Design Network Conference 2010 Website. Good to see you here!
This year, the sdn conference, entitled "connecting the dots", will take place in Berlin, Germany, a city that provides great facilities and professional support for our come-together. Apart from the buzzing atmosphere and great architectural surroundings, it offers professional and pleasant conditions to make this event happen.
Having dug "beyond basics" of Service Design in many interesting presentations and workshops at last year’s sdn conference, it is now time to strengthen the relation between clients and Service Designers and support the cooperation and exchange between professionals. We will present a vivid mix of different presentations, workshops and papers in order to provide you with academic and practical expertise from renowned international players in the Service Design field. Additional to the designed conference time there will be a main focus on "open space" - time to connect, discuss and exchange. Don’t miss this chance to socialise, gain knowledge and exchange experiences with Service Designers, clients and service-oriented companies worldwide!
We are looking forward to seeing you all in October (13th-14th) and an inspiring, motivating and gainful time in Berlin. Members will meet on the "Members Day", 15th of October!

Service Design Conference 2009
The second conference of the international Service Design Network took place on the beautiful island Madeira, Portugal, from 26th to 27th of October 2009.
