Nowadays, we are tuning our abilities to expand into the Service Design area. Our adaptable thinking helps us to continually provide innovative thinking and new approaches to creating enriching consumer experiences.

We recently produced a service design project for LG Electronics – a world-leading manufacturing company. The project focuses on cloud computing between PC, Web, and mobile phone. We found and refined fresh consumer touch points for this service through careful observation of consumer’s behaviours in many environments (home, office, public spaces, et cetera). We achieved measurable reductions in consumer complaints with this re-designed service.
