SDN Annual Report

2011 is almost over and another exciting year is coming to an end.

This year, SDN could reach the magical number of 200 members! We are happy and proud that the interest in Service Design is growing around the world and more and more disciplines are getting involved!

We could set the stage for 5 National Chapters to be build this year and we were happy to held 2 amazing conferences!
