Service Design
Service Design is a compulsory module within the master program of the MCI’s school of tourism and leisure management. Various service design lecturers and professionals both from MCI and external companies or universities provide a comprehensive insight into this concept. Besides education MCI is active in research and implementation of service design tools through projects and publications in the field of tourism.
