Making Waves is a full-service digital consultancy committed to deliver outstanding experiences. With design thinking at core we believe that true insight into consumers’ needs combined with a deep understanding of business processes and opportunities is key to deliver innovative and engaging service concepts and experiences that offer added value.



In our user-centered process, service design is a framework. We use tools such as customer journey maps, prototyping, user testing, co-creating workshops in combination with more traditional UX and IA processes. While working with multiple channels at strategy level, most of our deliveries are touch-points enabled by technology.  We offer end-to-end deliveries from the strategy phase through design, and build to implementation of the end digital touchpoints and backend services.  All projects in Making Waves are run by cross-disciplinary teams involving strategists, designers and developers. Today Making Waves consists of about 200 engaged consultants with offices in Oslo and Kraków.
