Frontier Service Design: New Service Design Case Studies

Frontier Service Design added four interesting new PDF case studies to their website. The respective clients include ColorQuick, a software company developing game-changing technology in the printing industry, BlackGold BioFuels, an energy technology company that has a patented system for converting waste products into high quality bio-diesel fuel, a major hotel chain and a major luxury retailer.

Particularly interesting is their project with BlackGold Biofuls, a start-up company provides technology to convert “brown grease” waste streams into high-value biofuels, mitigating energy costs, and addressing costly pollutant disposal problems. Frontier Service Design came in to assist Emily Landsberg, the company’s CEO to evaluate a set of ideas she had for uncovering potential short-term revenue possibilities.
