At this year's sdn conference, participants will experience  experts in the Service Design field presenting and explaining, partly together with business partners, compelling examples of their Service Design projects in depths.

The afternoon before the first conference day is reserved for sdn full members only. The participants will get to know each other or deepen existing relationships, exchange their Service Design experience, theories, and practices and reflect on the network’s development so far and in the future. This day will be one of lively discussion and exchange.
